Good Practice Guidelines

Good Practice Guidelines (GPGs) have been written for a number of organised outdoor activities that are not currently covered by the Adventure Activities Regulations or Activity Safety Guidelines (ASGs) associated with the Regulations.

The Guidelines are ideal for schools' use, particularly for the planning of outdoor activities commonly used in EOTC programmes and in aligning their procedures and systems with generally accepted good practice.
